(1) Form 1 should be filled up immediately, latest by 15th June, 2015 along with copies of Mark sheets of 12th Science and JEE/ GUJCET and Family Annual Income certificates.

(2) Form 2 should be submitted to us later within 7 days of getting college Admission.

After Completing form1 you will get Application ID & Password (through e-mail) Student Will Need these details for future refrence.
